Insurtech & Financial Services
Insurance Claims Automation for Australian Financial Services
Insurance claims automation moves a claim through intake, validation and status communication without a person retyping the same details at each step. LYRIQ's AgentConnect pauses for human approval wherever a decision affects a payout or a policyholder's cover.
AgentConnect automates first notification of loss, policy servicing, and renewal outreach, with a timestamped decision trail an auditor can follow.
Precision service. Regulatory confidence. Operational clarity.

Outdated systems and fragmented channels create risk at every touchpoint
LYRIQ handles first notification of loss, policy servicing and renewal outreach across voice, chat and email. Each contact is logged against the policy record with a timestamped decision trail an auditor can follow.
Every message must be audit-ready. LYRIQ makes it automatic.

FAQ
AI in claims and client service, answered
How does this fit our AFSL compliance obligations?
The licensee remains responsible for the conduct of its representatives and its systems; a platform does not absorb that. What it can do is make the obligation evidenceable. Every interaction is traceable, anything that would constitute advice or a claim determination pauses for a person, and the record of what was said is available without a reconstruction exercise.
What parts of a claim can actually be automated?
First notice of loss is the clearest case: capturing what happened, confirming policy details, gathering documents and setting expectations. Triage and routing follow well. The determination itself, and any conversation about a declined or disputed claim, is where a person belongs and where automating produces both a bad outcome and a complaint.
How does it handle a distressed customer?
By recognising that it should not be handling them. Sentiment detection exists to route, not to sympathise. A caller who is distressed, escalating, or describing a serious loss should reach a person quickly, and the useful measure of an automated first line is how fast it gets out of the way in those cases.
Can each product line have its own rules?
Yes, and for an insurer that is usually the requirement. Each configuration carries its own escalation paths, thresholds and knowledge, on shared infrastructure with data isolated per account.
Do we have to replace our policy administration system?
No. AgentConnect connects to the systems you run rather than replacing them, so the policy administration and claims systems stay the record of truth. There is no migration step.
Your workflow, live
Built for Compliance. Designed for Connection.
Claims, servicing and renewals generate the same conversations every day. Bring one of them to a call and we will show what handling it through AgentConnect looks like end to end.
