This policy covers the LYRIQ website at lyriq.ai. It does not cover the AgentConnect platform itself when operated by a customer — in that context LYRIQ acts as a processor under the agreement with that customer, and their own privacy notice applies to their end users.

What we collect, and why

When you request a demo

The form on our demo request page collects the details you type into it — typically your name, work email, company and role, plus anything you add in the message field. We use them only to contact you about the demo and any follow-up you ask for. Submissions are delivered through an automation service (n8n) to reach our team.

When you use the voice demo

The voice widget only activates when you open it and press the call button. Doing so asks your browser for microphone access. While the call is connected, audio is streamed to our demo voice service to generate a response. If you never open the widget, no microphone access is requested and no audio leaves your device.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — which pages get read, where people arrive from, and where they get stuck. Clarity also records aggregated interaction data such as scrolling and clicks. Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

Server logs

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request data including IP address and user agent in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site and respond to you:

• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery
• Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) — website analytics
• n8n — routing demo requests to our team
• Cloudinary — hosting images and video on the site
• The voice service that powers the demo widget, for the duration of a call you initiate

How long we keep it

Demo enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about them and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the platforms above. [Confirm your specific retention periods here.]

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your personal data, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and request it in a portable format. You can opt out of analytics using your browser's privacy controls or an ad/tracker blocker.

International transfers
