What Connects, and Why It Matters

An integration is only useful if it carries context in both directions. These are the five categories that decide whether an AI agent sounds informed or sounds like a form.

Telephony

Twilio, Genesys, Aircall, Five9 and Talkdesk carry the call itself. AgentConnect joins as a participant rather than a replacement switchboard, so routing rules, recording policy and number provisioning stay where your telecoms team already manages them. When a call needs a person, the transfer happens inside the same session instead of a callback.

CRM

Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics 365 hold the account history that decides how a conversation should go — contract tier, open opportunities, prior complaints. Reading that before the first reply is the difference between a generic answer and one that reflects who is asking. Outcomes are written back so the record stays the source of truth.

Ticketing and helpdesk

Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom and ServiceNow own the work item. AgentConnect creates, updates and resolves tickets in place, applying the same fields and macros your QA process already reports on, so automated handling does not become a blind spot in your existing dashboards.

Knowledge base

Answers are grounded in your published documentation rather than a model's recollection. When an article changes, the answer changes with it — which also means a wrong answer is traceable to a specific document you can correct, instead of an opaque model behaviour you cannot.

Analytics

Handling time, deflection, escalation reasons and QA scores flow into the reporting stack you already use, at the granularity your client SLAs are written against. Automation you cannot report on is automation your clients will not accept.

How Connection Actually Works

Do we have to migrate anything?

No. AgentConnect layers onto the stack you run today. There is no data migration step and no cutover weekend, because the systems of record stay exactly where they are.

What happens to integrations we have built ourselves?

Anything reachable over an API can be connected. The twelve platforms above are the ones we see most often in contact centre and BPO environments, not a closed list.

Can different clients have different integrations?

Yes, and for a BPO that is usually the requirement. Each client configuration carries its own connections, field mappings and escalation paths while running on shared infrastructure.

Where does the data actually go?

Conversation data moves between your systems and the platform for the duration of handling and reporting. What is retained, and for how long, is set per deployment. How we evidence that.

Connect It to What You Already Run

AgentConnect sits alongside your CRM, helpdesk and telephony rather than replacing them. Bring your current stack to the call and we will map exactly where it plugs in.
